I removed the plastic casing, the long metal plate where the video showed rivet removed by a power drill, can be removed by three screws. Do not remove the rivet like notch. I just pulled out he latch lock which was stuck at the bottom. Removed the backside switch as well. Re-assembled back after greasing the slide channels. Working smoothly. Without any switch lock.
